The Project

Dan Bravo, service access platform at chemical tanks.
In collaboration with Madsens Maskinfabrik Esbjerg ApS and Real Safety ApS, we have constructed a safe and reliable access platform for service and maintenance of the chemical tanks on Dan Bravo.

Project description and step-by-step plan

Planning and cost estimate – project preparations

Offshore survey and inspection as well as measurement / registration of the area for new access platform

Project planning and conceptual design for new access platform in collaboration with the manufacturer and in accordance with Maersk’s technical standards

Coordination and quality control of the manufacturer, to making sure fabrications are compliant with our customers’ requirements

FAT (Factory acceptance test) before sending the products off shore

Offshore installation and approval from the customer with continuous reporting

Documentation package and project close-out
